If you retain Ivan after reading this you deserve him as your lawyer. He is the absolute worst attorney I have ever encountered. He is lack luster and lazy at best. You’ll experience this the minute you meet him. Your gut will tell you he isn’t the guy, but then you will second guess it because we... all have some preconceived perception our sloppy, unorganized lawyer who looks like he just rolled out of bed and doesn’t take care of himself physically is somehow some super genius. This isn’t a movie!! I am here to tell you he is not. Run!! Also at this point if you move forward (which you should not) this will be the last time you see him in the flesh or talk to him live. Get ready to send emails and wait for days for a response that doesn’t answer your questions. He will never appear in court and will never answer the phone. If you care about your situation, family and your bank account again you will remember this review if you hire him. All I would ask you is to come back and write a review when he burns you, your case falls flat, you get so frustrated you want to scream. When that happens join group and help protect those people who actually need good sound legal help and advice. If I could give Zero Stars I would!
