My past cases ranged from traffic infractions, through misdemeanors, gross misdemeanors, and even serious felonies. Remember, just because someone is charged with a crime, does not mean they did it; but you need to take a strong defense quickly.

My primary function is representing parties in divorces, to protect their interests, while guiding all parties in finding solutions that are best for the children (if any). Remember, divorce hurts the children too, and they deserve to be protected.

I have been licensed as a real estate broker and property manager, dating back to 2003. I have extensive certifications and designations (additional education) that bring extra knowledge of how the market, and laws guiding practice work.

My approach for litigation is to find solutions. This sounds simplistic, yet it is complex. The easy path is to file a law suite, the problem is that this approach costs a lot of money; so my first goal is to stop litigation where possible.
