Wonderful and knowledgeable

Clayton helped me during a custody case that I would have never known my rights at the level he is knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone who needs a family lawyer to hire him. He is very kind and understanding along with being a great lawyer.

Knowledgable and Direct

I had an initial consultation with Mr. Spencer, and circumstances dictated that I did not need to retain his services after all. However, I will say that i came away from the meeting, with a thorough understanding of my case, and the process the courts would take. His demeanor is direct, without bein...g condescending, and I feel he would have been just the advocate I would have needed in a child custody battle. Mr. Spencer didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, or what he thought I wanted to hear, but he told me what I needed to hear. It was this kind of honesty that had me ready to hire him, had I needed to make that decision.
