Highly recommend

Clayton and Jill were both wonderful to work with. They both spoke to me on my level, and fought for what I wanted. And also speaking to me making sure I was aware of my rights and what I could expect throughout the entire process. And they let me know what to expect as we went through. Clayton was... my second divorce lawyer. He didn’t waste my money, and truly showed he was there for me. My first attorney cost he more than double and didn’t get a single thing done. Clayton stepped in and got me through everything in half the cost and less headache. I will be recommending Clayton Spencer to anyone going through a divorce. Thank you again for your services Clayton. And thank you Jill for helping me through it all as well.

Thanks for everything! You are the best!

I came to Clayton seeking representation for my divorce. This is my first marriage and so going through a divorce was beyond anything I've ever experienced. I had no idea what to expect until I marched into the office of Clayton Spencer. First was a consultation where we met, and he informed me of th...e timeline/order of events, fees and such that I could expect. He was not pushy, he even wanted me to look into my options before committing to his help. My divorce wasn't nasty, but it wasn't simple either, and unless you have a crystal ball there is no way to know what you will need or problems that will arise. I am so happy that I had Clayton in my corner to help see me through this horrific time in my life, he navigated the uncharted waters for me and super pleased with knowledge, professionalism and understanding of my expectations. Great discussion - he was full of knowledge!

I called Clayton to discuss getting custody of my children from a different state. I even set an appointment. He called me the same day and we chatted for about 20 mins. He was VERY knowledgeable and explained in great detail what my options were. in the end, he suggested there was no reason to meet ...as i had just had a free consultation! I was very impressed with his professionalism and clear, detailed explanations of my situation. when i need a lawyer again, for anything divorce related, this is my guy!

Criminal/Family Law Representation

I highly recommend Clayton Spencer an his very professional team! As a former prosecuting attorney Clayton brings a highly valuable set of professional skills to the table. I came to Clayton by way of referral, my personal situation was one that included the need for both criminal and family law repr...esentation. On both sides of the coin Clayton offered clear insight and assertive representation. Some attorneys will sit back and string the process out and pad their own pockets, NOT with Spencer & Sundstrom. I was made aware of options, advantages, and draw backs of potential actions and outcomes. My criminal representation lasted 2 weeks, ending in a dismissal. My divorce was finalized in 94 days from filing! To those of your considering representation, do yourself a favor and call these folks first. You will be hard pressed to find ANY attorney in the area to match their level of knowledge, professionalism, or commitment.
