Stephanie Radecke

Stephanie Radecke is a dedicated landlord attorney based in Washington, focusing on representing landlords and property owners in tenant disputes, including eviction and ejectment cases. Her practice also extends to general civil litigation, protection orders, criminal defense, and traffic infractions. While primarily serving Clark County, she also represents clients in Cowlitz and Klickitat Counties.

Ms. Radecke graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. She began her career at the Public Defender’s Office in Spokane, where she worked as a clerk and social worker, providing individualized care to clients. Her experiences there motivated her to pursue a legal career, leading her to Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2019. During law school, she gained extensive experience in both civil and criminal law, working for a large municipality. Her civil work included personal injury, labor and employment law, municipal law, and constitutional law, while her criminal work involved prosecuting traffic cases, conducting bench trials, and negotiating plea agreements.

In addition to her legal pursuits, Ms. Radecke taught an undergraduate literature course and served as Vice President of the Latinx Law Student Association, further demonstrating her commitment to education and community engagement.
