Kevin reviewed my files of two claims about two years before he actually took the case over. He said from the beginning that he thought it was a slam dunk case. I wasn't so sure. I almost did not go down that road and spend three years seeing it through. The time finally came and the hearing was ...set. One week before the hearing was to begin, Kevin had a call from the State of Washington and they wanted to settle the case. Kevin did not take their first offer and he went for everything. He won everything that he asked for. We got a pension for life and more. My wife and I are so grateful. The only thing that I regret is, I was not able to see Kevin at work in the court room. I know that is what he looks forward to in his cases and I knew I would not be let down.
