Kevin Staples was our attorney during the last four years regarding an on the job injury. Kevin and his very competent staff walked us through the various Labor & Institutions procedures, patiently explaining each step, sometimes more than once, so that we could see clearly what would happen next. ...He guided us to the most appropriate healthcare professionals and shepherded us through the inevitable downturns and frustrations when things didn’t go as fast or as well as we wanted. His reassuring manner calmed our nerves as we inched through the painstakingly slow recovery process. Kevin and crew navigated the L&I process in ways we couldn’t on our own. More importantly, he told of us what we could realistically expect. There was no false hope, just diligence to make sure we received what was appropriate and just. Through it all, Kevin was kind, calm, friendly, professional and realistic. The process was expensive, but even there he was more than fair.
