Doug helped me with my divorce in 2013 and for the most part it went ok. He rarely is in the office, always has his calls screened and you are lucky if he returns an email....When I needed him again for modified parenting plan, I thought it would be easier than hiring a new attorney and that was a ...HUGE mistake... he always would delay, delay, delay and eventually it may or may not get done. I have 2 temporary parenting plans that are 3+ years old...that I tried to have him help me make permanent, and no returned calls and or returned emails. I had to retain other counsel because Doug flat out stopped communicating. I even referred someone to him after my divorce in 2013 and he treated him worse than me. Time to retire Doug!
