Robert Harold Falkenstein

I was given Bob Falkenstein's name by a friend who had gone through a divorce. She highly recommended him. Bob and his paralegal Candace had my case thoroughly prepared. They took the information I gave them, evaluated it, and laid everything out for me as to where I stood in stages. The settlement c...onference is where Bob's expertise really shined. He was in his element and I knew I was in good hands. I have some good advice for you: hire Bob and his team.

I used Bob for my divorce. My now ex-husband would constantly tell me to "call off the pit bull". Bob was very knowledgable and his experience is definitely apparent. When he wasn't available, his office partner, attorney Chad Zandi, stepped in and was just as good. I know most of the attorneys i...n town and will definitely continue to recommend Bob in divorce matters. He is fair and well respected. I felt like my ex's attorney screwed around for the sole purpose of collecting more $$ for himself. Bob was doing the best for me.....not his own pocket!

I hired Bob over a year ago to do my divorice and it still isn't final yet!! I never, and I mean never get to talk to him!! "He's out.. He's on vacation.. Blah blah blah!" Same crap everytime! He has not kept me informed on what's going on. I have to call and ask, and you know I'm being charged for c...alling and asking to speak to him even though I don't get to.. I never get an answer to my question until days later. And that really causes a problem when the question is regaurding my son's visitation with his father and it just happens to be that same day. He doesn't care at all about his clients! Don't get me wrong, I won my case but I will NEVER hire him again, let alone recommend him to anyone!

I have worked with 4 attorneys. Falkenstein was my second attorney. My experience was that he takes on too many clients so he cannot properly represent you. He was often unavailable when I needed to speak to him. He did not make us feel like he was keeping our best interest in mind. He does not like ...to be corrected even when his mistake can cost you a lot of money & custody of your child. He immediately withdrew from our case when I politely ask him to correct his mistake before it was entered into court records. He took great offense to this. Very unprofessional. If he feels like he can't win something on your case & seems to prefer to abandon a case. His legal assistant does most of the work & Robert didn't seem to know important points of a case which could cost you a lot of money because he wasn't well informed. I found him extremely untrustworthy. I was glad he withdrew from our case after hearing from many others that they had bad experiences. Slowly getting a bad name in town.
