Bob came recommended to me as the best in his field in this NW area. That assessment still holds. No smoke, bells, or whistles but straight forward legal counsel and legal services with very predictable outcomes. My divorce case is in the best hands possible. Tell Bob what you want, what you won't... accept, stay in contact, and he will represent your legal case the best way possible.

Mr. Falkenstein helped my husband and I relocate with my children. He was very knowledgeable of the relocation process. He never guaranteed that the relocation would happen, but he helped me build my case and it all went well! I trust Mr. Falkenstein and would recommend him to anybody looking to rel...ocate with children or going through a custody dispute.

I hired Bob over a year ago to do my divorice and it still isn't final yet!! I never, and I mean never get to talk to him!! "He's out.. He's on vacation.. Blah blah blah!" Same crap everytime! He has not kept me informed on what's going on. I have to call and ask, and you know I'm being charged for c...alling and asking to speak to him even though I don't get to.. I never get an answer to my question until days later. And that really causes a problem when the question is regaurding my son's visitation with his father and it just happens to be that same day. He doesn't care at all about his clients! Don't get me wrong, I won my case but I will NEVER hire him again, let alone recommend him to anyone!

I have worked with 4 attorneys. Falkenstein was my second attorney. My experience was that he takes on too many clients so he cannot properly represent you. He was often unavailable when I needed to speak to him. He did not make us feel like he was keeping our best interest in mind. He does not like ...to be corrected even when his mistake can cost you a lot of money & custody of your child. He immediately withdrew from our case when I politely ask him to correct his mistake before it was entered into court records. He took great offense to this. Very unprofessional. If he feels like he can't win something on your case & seems to prefer to abandon a case. His legal assistant does most of the work & Robert didn't seem to know important points of a case which could cost you a lot of money because he wasn't well informed. I found him extremely untrustworthy. I was glad he withdrew from our case after hearing from many others that they had bad experiences. Slowly getting a bad name in town.
