Do NOT hire
I wish I had never hired Lindsey Cotterell. He was never prepared, couldn't remember specifics about my case (divorce) and NEVER won any arguments in court even when the other side was in a blatant lie. Definitely got the feeling he didn't care and just wanted to get paid.

Dissapointed
He was more responsive than other lawyers I've worked with. He handled the basic paperwork process well. Stunningly incompetent
We found Lindsey D. Cotterell to be stunningly incompetent. He did not know basic law. His ability to communicate in an effective way was terrible. As a result of working with him we were financially damaged.
