Amanda Grace Proujan

I scheduled a consultation appointment with Ms. Proujan to obtain information regarding an ongoing problem with a neighbor and how it might be resolved. The problem consists of the neighbor being a nuisance over the past year and a half, consisting of inappropriate behavior. I wanted information rega...rding Washington State law, and what my options might be to resolve the issue. Ms. Proujan did some preliminary research and found that the neighbor was breaking the law and that she would be happy to do a bit more research regarding what constitutes nuisance, what cases had been brought to court, what the costs would be, and that she could start the process by doing a bit more research and by sending a letter to the neighbor to cease and desist. I retained her services to do this at a very reasonable fee and she did what she said she would do. Since then the letter has been delivered and signed for, and we will now wait and see if the neighbor honors this demand. If not, I will retain Ms. Proujan to proceed further.
