Nancy didn't attempt to contact me and after numerous attempts by me I found out that she was contacting my mom that was trying to put me in jail-long story short I tried to live with my dad and she used the court system to force me to stay with her. Anyways she was telling me that my mom wants me to... call her and she told me to call my mom and talk to her then after one meeting she didn't meet until the week before court saying she doesn't even have a plan say she would request 3 days in jail. I then got a new atterney and didn't tell her, my atterney told the court to delay for a month and we came up with a plan that turned out better than I can imagine I'm living with my dad in Montana now and working towards my GED.

I hired her to represent me in a paternity case and she was unresponsive, did not develop a strategy after repeatedly requesting one, lied about what court hearings were about, did nothing to negotiate with the other attorney, disappeared before a hearing that required her input and discussion, and b...asically did everything she could to damage my case. She also modified her billing to eat up my entire deposit. I am filing a complaint with the ABA.

Well, opinions and experiences can vary. This woman's professionalism did not impress me, in fact I dound it beyond disgusting. The impressions I came away with was one of unbelieveable arrogance, a total lack of ability to feel empathy as an emotion and a desire to achieve aims that were at best of ...dubious legality. In my opinion whe would have made more substantial and meaningful contributions to making the planet a better place if she had chosen to spend her life working as a hotel maid or some other occupation where interacting with inanimate objects was the primary focus.
