As a judge, Nancy is terrible. She sides with the one who lies all of the time with PROOF in her hand from Sheriffs reports and pictures and all the above that I supply her. She yells at you. She also said that my husband shouldn't be in the road when it came to him retrieving our children at play si...gn, and he was almost ran over by our neighbor who tried to hit him. Nancy don't go through the evidence. She said I didn't bring pictures of proof, when in fact I had 6-8 pages of the pictures of proof in her hands. I couldn't correct her as that was a part of her ruling. I can go on and on... She needs to be disbarred!!

Absolutely awful! She gives less than 10 min to state your case regardless of evidence disputing the allegations. And in those 10 min, she did not listen to any of the statements we made which was obvious when she asked questions that required us to make the same statement again (sorry I can't be spe...cific due to concerns of retaliation by this poor excuse of a judge). She came into the courtroom with a clear bias and only knowing one side of the story....A judge is supposed to ensure fairness so that the parties' legal rights are protected. She could not be bothered with listening to both sides of the story. It's not like she has a busy case load. We arrived 30 min early for our hearing and sat in an empty courtroom. She entered the courtroom 10 min late and had a chip on her shoulder from the get go. The trial lasted less than 25 min and at the end she left...again an empty courtroom. Elections have consequences and this is what you get when an elected official runs unopposed.

Nancy didn't attempt to contact me and after numerous attempts by me I found out that she was contacting my mom that was trying to put me in jail-long story short I tried to live with my dad and she used the court system to force me to stay with her. Anyways she was telling me that my mom wants me to... call her and she told me to call my mom and talk to her then after one meeting she didn't meet until the week before court saying she doesn't even have a plan say she would request 3 days in jail. I then got a new atterney and didn't tell her, my atterney told the court to delay for a month and we came up with a plan that turned out better than I can imagine I'm living with my dad in Montana now and working towards my GED.

I hired her to represent me in a paternity case and she was unresponsive, did not develop a strategy after repeatedly requesting one, lied about what court hearings were about, did nothing to negotiate with the other attorney, disappeared before a hearing that required her input and discussion, and b...asically did everything she could to damage my case. She also modified her billing to eat up my entire deposit. I am filing a complaint with the ABA.
