Learn from my MISTAKE

James Gazori is one of those lawyers' you hear the horror stories about. He hides behind messaging services, computers and phones. He will not acknowledge your responses, calls and queries. He emphatically denies ever receiving emails/texts you sent, even when you show him the message that has a date.../time stamp on it, then he has the audacity to try to blame his failures on his client. The one thing James is very successful at in the courtroom is frustrating the judge to the point the judge makes rash and quick decisions to, in my opinion, rid the courtroom of James' bumbling incompetence. And believe me, that decision will not be favorable to you, the client. Decisions not based on facts that James should have but fails to present to the court. Rather decisions based on assumptions the judge has to make for himself. Due greatly to Mr. Gazori's extremely weak pre-trial preparation coupled with his even worse performance in presenting the case to the court. (I've reviewed the Court Recorders recordings of the hearing many times, believe me when I say "poor performance in the court room".) James is an extremely poor litigator. His strategy is to agree as much as possibly with the opposing counsel to make his job as easy on himself as possibly regardless of the outcome it has on his client. Rather than sitting down and formulating and expressing exactly what he wanted for me, his client, he simply copied and pasted the opposing counsel's declaration to the court on his own declaration header leaving in the opposing counsel's spelling, grammatical, and figure errors for the courts to decipher on their own. That did not go well for me either. He will spend a great deal of his time explaining to his clients how the opposing counsel has convinced him that he will lose the case rather than spending the time developing a winning strategy of his own that will benefit his client. He did not even show up in the courtroom the day of my final hearing after he had me, in blind trust, sign the court documents thinking he had my best interest in mind. He then charged me for the time he spent telling me excuse after lame excuse and he has a lot of them, why he didn't bother showing up. It did not turn out well for me and to this day I am still feeling the repercussions from his haphazard, lackadaisical, incompetent approach to his duties and responsibilities representing his clients in the courtroom. Don't make the same mistake I made, continue your search for someone that will competently represent your best interest in the courtroom. James Gazori is NOT that lawyer
