Roberta Sue Church

I hired this attorney for a divorce proceeding and walked away with nothing. This attorney took the case but clearly 'in my opinion'' did not believe in me nor did she put up much of a fight. I can go on and on, but this is NOT a good attorney in my opinion. Maybe your experience with her will be d...ifferent from mine, then again.... maybe not.

She messed up on my paperwork multiple times and tried to tell me to check a box saying I agreed with everything in the papers I was served which was definitely not the case and I had made that clear. Seems to forget things and wasn't very good at giving me advice or direction. She also didn't reall...y fight for me like a good attorney should. She also took days to respond to my emails, which were few. Days.

I do not recommend attorney Roberta Church. She is incompetent and very unorganized. I tried to relocate my child to Arizona. She neglected to return calls and emails, so I had no idea what was going on with my case. I almost lost custody of my son to my ex-husband (who has NEVER had custody) due to ...Roberta Church's failure to represent. I moved back to Washington, spent nearly $10,000 for a new lawyer to clean up the mess she made of my case. I got my son back.
