David B Gates

I have no idea who is writing these reviews but they are not real. Literally I could have just represented myself and would have done a better job than what David did for me. He’s impossible to get ahold of, doesn’t read any papers submitted, knows nothing about the case and just sits there. Save you...rself the money and go to someone that’s referred by friends. Don’t even get me started on his “paralegal” Barbra.

David and his law firm were amazing for us. We were in the middle of a very high profile case with a lot of conflict fostered by the other party. He and his team handled this perfectly and got us everything we asked for in the final parenting plan. Further more he was able to close any loopholes in t...he PP when it was finished reducing the conflict from the other party keeping them from using the court system to abuse us. I would HIGHLY recommend David and his team for any family court issues. We will be certainly be using him again if needed in our future. He is priced accordingly and is worth every penny. 10 stars!

David Gates dropped me as a client DURING a hearing because the opposing party thought they may have contacted his office, although they couldn't remember, and admitted they never went in for a consultation. He refuses to send my legal documents regarding my case, as is required by law. David Gates w...as rude and unprofessional at best. And that was when he was actually available. Mr. Gates had ample time to let me know that he didn't want to represent me, but instead wasted my time, and the court's as well.
