Mr. Kupka goes into detail

I hired Kupka regarding a recent charge. He studied the police reports among other miscellaneous reports, and guided me in the best direction to a favorable outcome to me. He was honest, forthright, and not afraid to go to battle for his client. I HIGHLY recommend him - you won't go wrong!

HE IS THE LAWYER FOR ME

Erik represented me in my DUI case, my first ever of any kind of criminal case. I had never talked to a lawyer or been in a court room before i met Erik. Needless to say, i was confused and completely out of my element and thought i was doomed and had no way out. Erik made me feel EXTREMELY comfortab...le, and i left his office feeling confident and safe. He answered every question (no matter how stupid) i ever had in a timely manner, and i never felt left out of the loop. He is honest and to the point, and he always let me know where i stood in my case. My nervousness regarding my charge was quickly vacated by me due to his diligence, confidence, and experience with my case and others. When the time for my pre-trial conference came, it went exactly as he said it would. I could really not imagine my case going any smoother than it did. Not only was it smooth (i can't speak for him, but for me it was smooth) but he fought hard and got the deal we wanted, when at the beginning i was very unsure we could achieve it. I cannot speak enough as to how safe and confident i felt with him on my team. Rest assured, anyone i know who needs an attorney will be getting his contact information from me. Get in touch with him, you will be glad you did.

OMG!! EXECELLENT!!!

Mr Kupka represented me in a very complicated appeals case in 2010/11. I have never dealt with a more pleasurable, straight forward, damn good, attorney in my life! He is very attentive, never ignores you in courtroom, looks carefully into all aspects of case & making very informed decisions. I can... tell you personally, that he saved my paychecks from being garnished for life,,, so to me,, he is worth every penny you pay for him!!
