Autumn Ann Lytle

I hired Autumn during a really stressful CPS situation and she was extremely knowledgeable and a great advocate for me. She helped me understand the law and a lot of the terminology that CPS was using, especially when things were being explained in a confusing way. Even when CPS tried to say one thin...g, she knew the law and helped make sure my rights were protected. I’m really grateful for her help.

Autumn is probably one of the most in depth, hands on lawyers I have ever seen. In the beginning we thought that she was asking for loads of unnecessary things and it seemed almost frustrating. When it came time to trial, her exhibits entered were 2 full size 3in binders and about 4 times the side as... our opposing team. She is incredibly organized and during trial would take notes on everything the other team says and has a rebuttal ready to go before its even her turn. She was very responsive to messages and emails and we couldn't have asked for a better person for our case. She never lied or made us think we were going to get something that we wouldn't. She always told us the truth even if it hurt. She stood behind our mission the whole time even when it seemed like the odds may be against us. She does a variety of cases and it won't matter what you need her for, she will go ALL THE WAY to get the best outcome for you. If you have a difficult case on your hands I cannot suggest her enough!

I will be forever grateful to Autumn for her tireless efforts in navigating me through my divorce after 42 years of marriage. We had a neighbor that was trying to steal about an acre of our land through adverse possession when we told them that we were going to be building a fence. Autumn physically came to our property and assessed the damage they had done all within the last year; built a road, cut down trees, dumped gar...bage and left horse manure. Though the my neighbors attorney, she threatened to sue due to all of the damage that they had done. After about a week, the neighbors backed off and now we have a fence!
