We had a neighbor that was trying to steal about an acre of our land through adverse possession when we told them that we were going to be building a fence. Autumn physically came to our property and assessed the damage they had done all within the last year; built a road, cut down trees, dumped gar...bage and left horse manure. Though the my neighbors attorney, she threatened to sue due to all of the damage that they had done. After about a week, the neighbors backed off and now we have a fence!
