We hired V.Clifford to defend us in a lawsuit with ex-wife. She spoke reasonable and we kept trust on her until a hearing day. In a courtroom it was a nightmare. She was not prepared for hearing at all. She did not know the subject well, could not answer the questions from an apposite attorney, she w...as digging and digging in her bag on the court room floor and could not find documents. She pointed wrong pages in our case for a judge three times! After the third time the judge got really mad and said If one more time you direct me to a wrong page I will stop hearing. Can you imagine that shame? I realized that we lost our case well before it was pronounced. And yes, we lost the case completely beyond any bad expectations. I would strongly recommend to stay away from this attorney. I see she is not a family attorney any more. Maybe she is doing better now, although I doubt it.
