Ms. Magaro's advice on an extraordinarily complex matter - a probate question, tied to a defunct marital community, unfinished property questions from dissolution, and it's issue - clearly laid out the daunting obstacles I would be facing, given the factual loss of known probative assets and decepti...ons which were apparently well in place on unknown assets. (I understand these terms now!) As far as non-probative assets, I know what to do there based on my own level of legal training, and I know sometimes the case is just going to lose. It's never good to hear that, but magic wands don't exist in law. But if you can afford her, she's very professional. Quick with a box of tissues, and the office dog is nice too. She did refer me to WSBA legal aid.
