Monica Rands-Preuss

I hired Monica to represent me in a divorce. It started out OK, but quickly deteriorated. Her billings were confusing, and she would frequently send lengthy email answers to questions I didn't ask. I ended up spending more on her for an appearance, some email correspondence, a phone call, and info...rmal discovery that led nowhere than I did on the lawyer I replaced her with, who was able to get through two rounds of lengthy discovery, mediation, and settlement for less money. In addition, Monica contacted my new lawyer and attempted to interfere with our relationship by claiming I was likely to not pay her because I had questioned some of her billings. Molly (whose practice Monica is a part of) intervened in the billing question and offered nothing substantive other than a threat. I would not recommend this lawyer.
