I was being charged with residential burg and the start was agreeing to allow a exseattle police officer on my jury not my peer by any means . . (2) she allow pictures in that showed the house fully decorated that was tooken 6-8 months after the day in question because they want just to show the layo...ut of the house then after it was admitted in they used it to say that was what the house looked like.(3) then there was conflict in the supposed victims testimony that was not exploted.(4)then for some reason the prosecutor had a Marysville police office sit at his side every day court was in session and I ask why because I believed it was to prejudiced the jury against me and make them think I was a wonton criminal and with a former police officer on the jury I was concern about the brotherhood of police officers and to avail nothing was done. (5)The fact that I had a friend call animal control while I was in the property .(6)contact of the neighbor weather she recognized me or not she did remember talking to some one around that time . (7)that I had searched for the supposed victim name and contacted the only one that came up.(8)and the fact I contacted the redfin realtor to see who owed the property .(9) also I contacted county auditors office also (10) all my emails. And texts and even messenger texts was date and timed stamped then to cap it all off she did not abject to the fact the the prosecutor made the whole case was about me proving my innocence not him proving the actual ("INTENT ") OF ME COMMITING A CRIME WHEN I ENTERED THE PROPERTY.
