I was in desperate need for a permanent protection order against my extremely dangerous and abusive husband who had a history of manipulating his way out of legal trouble. I was extremely emotional and overwhelmed when my best friend referred me to Tom. Tom gave me excellent ideas for ways to prepare... the case from every single angle possible. He guided me through the whole process, not only from a legal point of view but from a very human perspective, helping me to have the strength break free from over a decade of domestic violence. Not only did we get the protection order but the judge added additional conditions for the abuser thanks to Tom’s work. He literally saved my life and my children’s lives because without the order, my husband would have killed us.

I came to Mr. Keehan in a very anxious state. I had an adult family member living in my home that I needed to force to leave for my physical and emotional health. He walked me through the options, even wrote up the 20 day notice while I was there, and advised me on my next steps.
