Had a ex attempt to file a restraining order against me in Thurston County. “Commisioner Pro Tem” Brandt fell hook, line and sinker for her obviously scripted wording, and approved the order. After consulting two lawyers who said “no way” with one saying “Brandt always sides with women in these” t...he RO was later overturned by the judge as not even close to meeting the threshold of an RO, and the case was closed. But not before this went on my record. Thanks, Shelley, for allowing yourself to NOT be impartial.

The results of working with Shelley have been disastrous over the last several years following a very difficult divorce. Her parenting plan lacked enough specifics and detail which left many areas for misinterpretation and to much time and money spent in future legal battles. In the end I felt l...ike Shelley was more of an attorney for my ex-wife than she was for me. The majority of writing and documentation was completed by family members and I which she copied and pasted into her legal documents. I do not recommend Shelley if you want to be fully represented and protected from major future litigation.
