Rosemary Dolores Boelens

Rosemary (“Rosie”) Boelens focuses her practice on real estate and business law. Coming from the escrow industry, Rosie has a unique point of view when it comes to real estate transactions. Through her escrow and legal background she has experience drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, title reports, and ancillary documents, as well as experience working to clear any issues that arise during the life of a transaction. Rosie assists clients with drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, contracts, and easements; resolving boundary disputes; and forming new business entities.

Rosie also assists business clients with entity formation and governance. She understands that her clients' businesses have their own unique characterisitics that require special attention. A one size fits all form does not always meet every client's objectives. Rosie enjoys learning about each particular client, educating the client on the available options, and tailoring a solution to help each client reach his or her goals.
