I used the offices of Morgan Ziegler for a painful chapter 13 BK and I couldn't be more satisfied with their help through a horrible life event. My case just finished up and everyone in their offices, especially Mike Coday were unbelievable. Never once did I feel like I was being talked down too, they explained every process to me and anytime I asked questions, most through email, I would always get a response in less than 24 hours. Towards the end of my case I needed some extra help and Morgan called me personally to discuss my options and ended up giving me great advice that I hadn't even thought of. I would recommend this firm to anyone I know and have already done so once and they are just as happy. While I no longer live in close proximity to their offices, I would not hesitate to use their firm again if needed! Feeling relieved that this chapter in my life is over and more thankful that I had a great firm and staff that helped me through it! Thank you so much!!!

Morgan is knowledgeable, personable, and a great attorney to have handle your case. On occasion, spouses or ex-spouses need to file separate cases. Morgan is excellent about cooperating in the filing of these cases and handling everything very professionally.
