Biography
My practice focuses on construction law, real estate disputes, and timber trespass. I have experience representing homeowners, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, community associations and other interested parties in construction defect, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation matters in both Federal and State Courts.
I grew up in Shelton, Washington and now live in the Olympia area with my wife, two young children, and two dogs. My interests outside of work include skiing, running, hiking/backpacking and exploring the PNW in my 1973 VW Westfalia.
