Biography
I was born and raised in Olympia and would not want to live anywhere else. I am married with three amazing kids who keep me busy coaching their teams and participating in their activities. They make me laugh every day.
I am honored and grateful for every opportunity to represent someone who has sustained an on the job injury or occupational disease. That is why one hundred percent of my practice is dedicated to fighting for the rights of injured workers.
I understand injured workers, and their families, are going through some of the most stressful times of their lives. In addition to their pain and life changes, injured workers face an adversarial and difficult system, a nightmare of paperwork and a labyrinth of hoops to jump through. Dealing with the whole system multiplies the impact of the injury.

Thankful
I am beyond thankful for Dane and his team. If it had not been for them I would have been stuck doing a job that would have continued to do damage to my body. Workers compensation attorney review
Mr. Ostrander was able to get me back on L&I after they had stopped my time loss saying I was able to work in an office, and I had no recent experience in an office. He was also able to get me on permanent disability.
