Biography
I have an active litigation practice, concentrating in governmental regulatory law with a special focus on long term care issues. I represent long term care providers in a wide range of disputes, including certification, licensing, certificate of need, survey, reimbursement and the Fair Housing Act. Prior to joining Lane Powell, I served as an Assistant Attorney General assigned to represent the Aging and Disability Services Administration of the Department of Social and Health Services in long term care issues.
