Jane was the 6th and final lawyer I contacted with regards to my unusual, long and arduous immigration process. She is a true blessing and helped me to successfully get my green card. I started my process filing the paperwork by myself without a lawyer. That was a huge mistake because it led to a ...series of issues that delayed my process over and over again. All this could have been avoided if I had a good lawyer from the start. When it was my time to change status I decided to do it with a lawyer. I went through 5 lawyers before finding Jane. The first gave me wrong information that delayed my process even more. The second was reluctant to work with me. The third said he wasn't qualified to deal with my case. He referred me to a 4th lawyer who was more knowledgeable, she consulted me but didn't take my case. When I finally found a lawyer that was knowledgeable, willing to take my case and was even a bit more affordable than the others, he asked me to fill out the forms by myself and drop in his office for him to file. When I had questions about the forms, he wouldn't take my calls. Needless to say I was feeling stressed and desperate and at this point I didn't know if it's possible for me to complete my process. When I finally found Jane, it was like finding a helping angel. She is knowledgeable, professional, meticulous in her work and super calm. She guided me every step of the way and took care of the paperwork. Her calm manner, clarity and focus helped me to relax and get things done on my end. She was on top of everything, super responsive to all messages and made sure we met all the deadlines, which I wouldn't be able to do without her. Towards the end of the process, we had to handle one last thing related to my religious beliefs. She wasn't experienced with that unusual exception but made immediate inquiries and came back with clear guidance that allowed us to complete the process successfully. She came with us to the interview and her calm presence was very supportive. Looking back at this journey I only wish I would have started my process with Jane or found her sooner. That would have saved me much time, stress and money. Jane is a genuine gem of a lawyer. If you need a professional, knowledgeable lawyer with excellent communication skills, that will have your back every step of the way and give you a great chance at successful outcome, I highly recommend choosing Jane.

My husband and I had the pleasure working with Jane. She helped us with my husband's permanent residency case. She is very professional, honest and really cares about her clients. We hired Jane for an adjustment of status. She appeared to be knowledgeable about what our case entailed which we were upfront with her about from the beginning, but she waited until we were doing the final signings to submit our paperwork to let us know that she was not actually capable of helping ...us. We spent a significant amount of money working with Jane and now we have to start over from the beginning. There were also many errors and typos made on our paperwork and I would expect more detailed work from an attorney. She seems like a kind person but I cannot recommend her because of her poor quality of work.

Jane is increadibly knowledgeable and was so helpful throughtout the process of obtaining my permanent residency through marriage. She made sure our paperwork was submitted as soon as possible and was always attentive to the expiration dates of my work permits allowing us plenty of time to renew the...m. She was always available for questions and even accompanied us to the interview. If you are looking for an honest, reasonably priced immigration lawyer, look no further than Jane!
