LNI was trying to get me to go back to my job where I got injured and Mr. Forde got be a pension. I would recommend Atlas law to anyone getting screwed by the system! Hired attorney Going in circles 2.0 stars Posted by anonymous June 23, 2016 I am a injured worker and have been fighting back and forth with L&I for several years. We hired Elijah Forde for my case. Mr. Forde was great at telling us what we wanted to hear in a very comforting way but never actually delivered. He would get all riled up like he was ready to go to bat for us then back off the second L&I would show the least bit of resistance. We did most all of the footwork on our own case, had a difficult time getting a hold of him by phone or email and would have to keep close eye on my claim for any upcoming appointments as his office would never let you know of any upcoming appointments. This happened for all but maybe 3 over almost 5 years. I would fire him now if I could but claim is coming to a close so not sure if I can. This is not a lawyer i would recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional and not very helpful and his office staff also never responds to email or returning your phone calls.

We started with James Roland who eventually retired and sold his firm off to Atlas Law, who assigned Elijah Forde to our case. He called and quit unexpectedly when he read something he didn't like on a medical notation. We did most of the footwork on our own case, had a difficult time getting a hold of him by phone or email and would be put off for months when trying to schedule an appointment. This is not a lawyer i would recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional and not very helpful.
