This is the second time for me going to Mr. Shawn Briggs and his office. Mr. Shawn Briggs and everyone there (especially Jenny) are all helpful and kind. They will take the time to answer any of your concerns or questions. I've had nothing but good experience with them and I have continued to refer f...amily and friends to the Law Office of Briggs and Briggs. I highly recommend this place if you are need of a lawyer for a car accident.

Shawn Briggs and his caring professional staff are the best thing that could have happened for me and my small family- in which I am the sole bread winner. Insurance companies have a way of manipulating and taking advantage of innocent, injured victims. I was inundated with Dr. appointments, therap...ies, surgery-not to mention being in a great deal of pain. Shawn Briggs and his staff were a much needed reprieve! They handled communication with the insurance companies, and my medical billers. Things got much worse before they got better. I almost lost my job and home because of the accident and injuries. As a single grandparent raising a grandchild from birth, I was terrified of losing the only home my grand daughter had ever known. Stress does not help with the healing process! Honestly Shawn Briggs and his staff came in like a knight in shinning armor, rescuing the damsel in distress. In the end my home was preserved and medical bills were taken care of. Insurance companies are ruthless and very uncaring. I highly recommend Shawn Briggs to anybody who is injured and trying to heal/recover. I needed an advocate! I found that dealing with insurance companies by myself was like being bloody while swimming in shark infested waters. Shawn and his team acted like the US Navy showing up with aircraft carriers and helicopters to pluck me from those waters. The insurance company wanted to act like there was barely ...any wrong doing by their client, after the second recorded phone call, or interrogation as I call it, they were willing to “acknowledge” fault. They drug their feet, devalued my totaled vehicle, discounted my injuries. Sadly my insurance company wasn’t very proactive either. While this was going on they kept trying to get me to take some cash sign off and walk away with no vehicle and no ability to work. After a million phone calls to yet another supervisor who was “sorry it was the most they could do for me…” I almost threw in the towel. After meeting with Shawn everything was just like the Office Depot commercial. Push the easy button. It took some time, but Shawn got me in to see the doctors and physical therapists I needed. He explained EVERYTHING that the lawyers and insurance people were saying in easy to understand terms and told me what we should do next. Some lawyers seem to be “business only”. Shaun took a personal interest in how I was doing and what I needed. The insurance company will disagree, but Shawn is a pro that is a super nice guy. Eventually, through his persistence and expert negotiation, we received a fair settlement offer that took care of all of my medical bills and compensation for the time I needed off from work for rehab. I was worried about upfront cash because I didn’t have any at the time. He didn’t need any at the onset and made sure that the settlement covered all of my needs, including his fees. I can’t say enough good things about Shawn. There are few people you meet that can change your life in such a positive way. Shaun and his team are a godsend.
