They ended up settling to pay out the maximum for their insurance, but Shawn was determined that that was still not enough for the accident that was caused, so he negotiated with my insurance company to get more. I found that dealing with insurance companies by myself was like being bloody while swimming in shark infested waters. Shawn and his team acted like the US Navy showing up with aircraft carriers and helicopters to pluck me from those waters.
