Excellent satifaction!

Great job on handling my claim. All staff was friendly and helpful when I needed answers. Again thank you for working so hard in my legal settlement.

Shawn and his staff are the best at what they do

Shortly after my accident I had alot of questions regarding how I was going to deal with the financial needs that were to come with treatment, loss of wage, and what are the things that auto insurances are supposed to cover on my behalf. All of these questions and more were answered by Shawn Briggs ...and his excellent staff. They were able to insure that my needs were met, with the insurance company, and sort out the confusion for me that has become todays medical billing systems. I was able to concentrate on my treatment and take the time I needed to get back to work. And was able to recieve a settlement that is going to help me be able to continue with treatment. Without they're help I know I wouldn't have gotten fair treatment dealing with the Insurane company on my own. Thank you Briggs and Briggs well done

Horrible experience. No communication.

They used covid 19 as an excuse as to why they don't answer the phone and why it takes days to reply to emails. Yet have a hard time showing the effects of covid in a case that hasn't even had an offer yet let alone gone to court. Their lack of effort, communication and smug attitude added to the fac...t that I'm still asking for documents and pictures regarding my claim after they dropped me, ten months into my case, 10 months of absolutely no effort, guidance or anything. The lady who hit me already took 100% fault for rearending me. Case is not rocket science. This firm is absolutely no good I do not recommend they have made my life harder under their lack guidance. New attorney is much more in touch and promising.
