Sam Jason Fogerty

I was in a car accident a few years back and kept getting contacted by one of the other parties insurance company. I haven’t had good experiences with attorneys in the past so I was hesitant to contact one. After awhile it felt like I was being harassed by the other parties Attorney, so on the recom...mendation of a legal service we subscribe to, I contacted Mr. Fogerty. I felt comfortable and as confident he was the right attorney from the beginning. After negotiating with a very abrasive attorney from the other party for over a year or so,Mr. Fogerty got what I felt was a reasonable settlement. He was very up front about the fees, and other interests that would have to be paid (insurance claims). We settled at that time which was about a year ago. Well, this past Sunday Mr. Fogerty called and said that he had gotten a waiver from the insurance claims and he had their portion of the settlement in a check for me to pick up. I believe that he went way above and beyond what he said he could do handling this case. How many attorneys would have still disputed the insurance claims after we had settled and then had the integrity to not just keep the rest of the settlement for additional fees? I highly recommend Sam Fogerty to handle all of your car accident and insurance needs.He was fantastic!, Thank you so much for all you did for me, Mr. Fogerty!

I was in a car accident about a year and a half ago. Sam helped me settle my property damage quickly. The insurance company was trying to jerk me around and would not work me with. Within days of hiring Sam, I had a check in hand for my car. Sam is very knowledgeable in personal injury claims. H...e turned a stressful situation into something positive. I ended up getting a larger settlement than I expected. I have worked with other attorneys in the past that "tell you what you want to hear" and only bring disappointment when your case is done. Sam was honest with me from start to finish. He his a great attorney that I will continue to use in the future.

My daughter was shot accidentally and we were given Sam's name on a recommendation from a friend. We met with Sam, he explained the ins and outs to us and told us he would get information from the insurance company and get back to us (my daughter mainly). After that, he all but disappeared. The la...ck of communication, empathy or trying to get him to return calls in a timely manner is unprofessional at any level. We found out that (at least from what he is telling us) that he can't help us and there is no avenue for the insurance company. That is fine, but it would have been better to just sit us down and let us know that.....not send us a letter without a phone call or meeting. I would never recommend this attorney for anything to anybody.
