This was my first and hopefully last bankruptcy. I came in at a time when my wages were being garnished and Rafal took imediate action. The best part was that he was understanding when I explained my financial situation stating that it's just about impossible to save up money to pay my whole lawyer f...ee. I thought I was stuck with no way out at all...Just when all hope looked bleak he said he would be okay with taking payments. I went to another lawyer and she wanted $1,000.00 all up front which left me thinking there was no answer because she told me no lawyer would take it in payments. Mr. Rafal Gorski attorney was awesome and extremely professional. His staff was efficient and very personable and totally helpful. Through out my case everyone was very reassuring that when the case was completed that I would be debt free. He and staff explained I would be receiving lots of offers... for car loan and credit cards, to shred all offers and when case was completed Mr Gorski explained to wait at lease one year before trying to reestablish credit.
