Rafal is an excellent Bankruptcy Attorney. He and Caron were both very professional and handled my case in an expert fashion. Rafal & Caron walked me through the process with ease. Anytime I called, I always got right through and my questions were answered quickly and in terms that a layman could und...erstand. I was always made to feel like I was a priority and not just a client signing the check. I was always told what to expect, so there were not any surprises. Their prices were reasonable, and in the middle of this horrendous pandemic, that was much appreciated! I would highly recommend Mr Gorski's Law Office for your Bankruptcy needs!

At first, he was pleasant and approachable with our case. Unfortunately, our case didn't end up well and left us hanging! I consistently send him emails for 10 months and call their office every other week. He even answered the phone one time but ended up giving the phone to his assistant. Then, he e...ventually entertained us, blamed us why our case isn't settled yet (we're in fact he never EVER updated us)! And that is via phone. I requested if I could talk to him in person and he said he could see me the next day. When I showed up in the said time that he said, he threw a fit and seems very dismayed that we're there!! He thinks that we make enough to pay double of what we owe! I will never forget the feeling how horrible this person is. In the end, we ended up paying more, and even paid him for NOTHING!!! This is the first time that I have ever felt that I am a crap. He is definitely one of the terrible things that ever happened to me! I'll let the worst karma deal with him.

This guy is the best Bankruptcy attorney in the Tacoma area, and his fees are very reasonable, he should probably charge 3 times as much but thankfully he doesn't. If you are looking for an honest, accurate, resourceful lawyer who knows how to get the job done... he's the one. Also very personable, e...mpathetic, and will put you at ease on your day in court.

I want to start be Thanking Mr. Gorski and his wonderful staff with my Bankruptcy case! You guys made this experience so much easier than I could have ever imagined! This was my first and hopefully last bankruptcy. I came in at a time when my wages were being garnished and Rafal took imediate action. The best part was that he was understanding when I explained my financial situation stating that it's just about impossible to save up money to pay my whole lawyer f...ee. I thought I was stuck with no way out at all...Just when all hope looked bleak he said he would be okay with taking payments. I went to another lawyer and she wanted $1,000.00 all up front which left me thinking there was no answer because she told me no lawyer would take it in payments. So with collections closing in on me faster than a flood I was able to get things moving with Rafal with urgency and I'm very thankful for that! I now have a new start and never imagined I would be in my great situation I am in now.
