He took our money and did nothing. The lady that answered the phone was rude and had no idea who it us. He has three assistant leave him in a three period. I guess his wife works for him to and she does not even do anything but set in the desk and talk about the other clients!!! who does that. She a...lso says she has work for him long enough to be an attorney. Wow is that how law works???? Can she say that??? I am going some were the office does not smell like bad body did they forget to shower? I will take my $4000.00 retain to an attorney who will look at me when i talking. So rude

I was referred to Kevin and his amazing team by another local attorney who wasn't accepting contested divorce cases. He's one of the few out there who does a free consultation to see if he'd be a fit. I was impressed from day #1. He listened intently and provided exemplary legal advice. Mr. Byrd gave me very importin info on how I should handle my divorce with my soon to be ex, He told me I would be better off to get all my info together then come see him and then he would lay it all out, Then he would tell me what I should do and what I cant do, the staff helped me on getting me so...me info on were I should go to gather all the needed papers so that I would be better prepared when the time came to file.

Unprofessional. Borderline incompetent, to the point we are looking into filing a formal complaint. Disorganized, loses important information. We were finding out about court dates and deadlines from opposing counsel, not him. Completely unprepared in court, stuttering and shuffling papers like it's ...his first time before a judge. Late to court. Does not advocate for his client. Does not answer questions, phone calls or emails. We paid him a $4k retainer for zero results. We switched to another attorney and he won't provide her the details and documents she is requesting and is holding up the process. His "legal assistant" is not knowledgeable or helpful, is crude and unprofessional, curses and does not file documents. Neither him or her will review/explain what they're asking you to sign. Please do not hire this attorney. Read the reviews on various sources on-line. Wish we had before we hired him.
