:( Very, very bad experience with this layer on my traffic ticket! I have a clean driving record, never had any accidents or tickets before. So, I got ticket for speeding 50mph in 35mph zone (fine is 154$) "BEST" he could do is change to "inattention" and make me pay to court 267$(!) + 300$ for h...is "work"! Total: almost 600$ for 15 mph over limit. I think hi is screw me. I would rather get defensive driving or deferral. Very bad!

I gave mr silva a number of pictures that should of made the case a shoe in ( as the police report had a major error) he has no email contact, and I only spoke with him once, I had to print all of my documents and pictures and mail them to him (snail mail). Then when my case was over I never got anyt...hing in the mail stating the ruling from the office, instead I got a letter from collections for my court fee. When I called Mr Silvas office the receptionist was really rude to me, and said well our records stated that we mailed it to you so I dont know what to tell you. I called back again a month later as it still wasnt mailed to me and I got the same receptionist, who had the attitude of a teenager, I asked him to mail it to me please, he asked my name, then I asked him what address they had for me on file, he shot back with a sarchastic "well what address do you WANT us to mail it to" I told him then asked a simple question (as I am NOT a lawyer, that is why I shelled out all that money) he then asked me to spell my last name, How was he going to mail me the letter or look up my file without the correct spelling of my last name? then he came back on the phone with the same immature attitude and tone basically calling me stupid for not knowing.

I hired him for a traffic ticket, he shows up doing no research before hand and his only defense is requesting the presence of the traffic cop. Since the officer had shown up, his only defense was to use the 1 time deferral which I could have done myself. Again plain lazy, never again will I go c...heap on a traffic lawyer...
