Was unable to file a simple lien
Took over case from Collection Agency, won the case, supposedly put a lien on the defendants’ condo, but it was apparently improperly filed and Agency (I won’t name it) had to take care of it themselves despite having paid this guy to take the case. Pretty lame. This guy should have retired ages ago....
