Steven Pyle is excellent!

Steven Pyle is an absolutely fantastic lawyer! He not only fights LNI relentlessly, but he also genuinely cares about his clients. I am continually impressed with his ability to track my current state of recovery and to navigate the difficult waters of LNI. When I was initially injured I fought LNI a...lone for three months and they were about to wrongfully close my case. I was also having trouble convincing them that they had set my wages incorrectly. It didn’t matter how many letters I sent or how many phone calls I made to my claims manager. Nothing I did made any difference whatsoever and their letters never explained how they arrived at any conclusions. It’s hard enough to be injured and in pain, much less to fight an entity that is so complicated and beyond logic. I was genuinely injured, I legitimately needed care, and I was starting to feel hopeless. I sought out Steven in hopes that he could persuade LNI to fix my wages and help me get the care that I need. The minute I signed the paperwork designating legal counsel, all of the relentless letters from LNI stopped. I no longer dreaded looking in my mail box wondering what LNI had sent me today. Every order, every threat, and every confusing letter went directly to Steven. I have never once had to worry about what LNI is doing because Steven is keeping them accountable and he’s making sure that I’m getting the care that I need. Here we are two years and four months into my injury and my case is still open. I’ve had two knee surgeries and there might be a third knee surgery depending on my recovery from the second one, which I just had. I’ve had more physical therapy sessions than my doctor has ever prescribed to a single patient in his entire career. My injury has been complicated, difficult, and draining to say the least. Without Steven I wouldn’t be where I’m at right now, so far LNI has paid almost $200,000 for my case and if it was closed after three months I would be drowning in debt right now. Even if you think that your injury is small, seek legal counsel to determine whether or not that is the case. Initially an urgent care doctor and an orthopedic surgeon told me that I was not a surgical candidate and that all I had done is hyperextended my knee. They said that I would be better in 2-3 months and there was nothing to worry about. Here we are two knee surgeries, over a hundred physical therapy visits, and multiple very expensive injections later. I’ve missed almost nine months of work and without my case remaining open, this entire ordeal would have been absolutely catastrophic to my life. Steven Pyle is the only reason that I have made it this far and that LNI has paid for all of this. Do not wait, do not let your case get closed, do not go to a supposedly independent IME without a lawyer, and do not think for one second that you can beat LNI on your own. LNI is designed to beat the average person and if you are not specifically trained in the way it operates, you’re going to lose. Right now you’re probably low on money, you’re hurt, you’re stressed out, so help yourself and call Steven. They don’t require any money up front to retain a lawyer, all they ask is for a tiny portion of your settlement and a small portion of any back pay that they help you receive. Steven Pyle is worth ten times whatever you end paying him and every time he takes the money that I owe him, I never bat an eye because he’s worth that and so much more. I can’t say enough positive things about Steven Pyle and Palace Law.

Steven Pyle Is Awesome!

I found myself up against a beast known as L&I/Workers Comp, after getting injured on the job. When I realized they were not there to fix me, I did my research. I went to Palace Law and was greeted by Steven Pyle. I hired him and Palace Law to fight for me, and never looked back. Steven was relentles...s in getting me justice. I needed a surgical procedure from my injury, and found myself unable to work the job I was injured at. It took almost 2 years, but... We won! That's right, Steven never waivered from his commitment to get me the justice I deserved. We communicated weekly, and built a friendship. He was always interested in how I was doing, and talked me through all of the difficult times I faced. One thing I learned is, the legal process is not a fast one. Self insured and workers comp will drag the case out as long as possible, and I suspect it's done to get you to give up. No lawyer can speed up the process, but a good lawyer can get you the results. Steven Pyle will not only fight for you, but he will be your voice against a system that is really hard to beat. Steven also has a wealth of knowledge, and knows the system well. If you are hurt, and need some help, pick up the phone and call! You can try to battle this system on your own, but I can tell you, it's a beast. If they are sending you to an Independent Medical Exam, just know, they are not on your side. What do you have to lose? I would have lost it all, including my family if it wasnt for Steven Pyle and Palace Law. Thank You!

shows common sense with respect to all

Mr. Pyle took on my case because he believed in me. He realized I was treated badly by a corporation that treats people as garbage when they have used them up for 30 years. Instead of having no hope of anything fair, he gives you hope. Large cooperation's will spend millions of dollars on attorneys ...to save 10 cents fighting ex employees. Steve knows this and realizes what happens to good people who has been wronged by corporations, who only cares about money not respect . My last day of work I got no party , no card , no watch, I did not even see my manager to shake my hand and thank me for my service. Steve and I believe In God, and God believes in the truth. God believes in Steve and so do I. Thank you Steve Pyle

Former Security Guard 2 at Western State Hospital

Steve is highly professional and passionate about my injury case. He not only answered my many questions, but his legal advice gave my family a peace of mind that everything is going to get better with time. He instilled confidence in what he knows to be the law, and is also proactive towards what m...ight happen during and after my injury. I am blessed and beyond grateful to have found Steve Pyle and The Palace Law when I needed someone to be my legal guide throughout my injury ordeal.

Steve Pyle- A+ Advocate

I hired Mr. Pyle and Palace Law after I had made my 22nd call to my company's self-insured carrier without any movement on the claim. His consult was comprehensive and he explained the steps that typically were taken and quickly determined this cases was not typical. To describe the type and depth of... the work and sleuthing he and his paralegal Jeff have done with my case would take pages. Suffice it to say they fought along side me, got me paid, got the D.L.I involved when necessary and a year later I have been treated and on the way to resolving my case. I appreciate Steve, Jeff and Palace Law more than words can express.
