Trust inquiry

I asked Mr. Ennis specific questions regarding wills and irrevocable trusts. Mr. Ennis told me that such trusts were not viable and that the State of Washington was "cracking down' on such strategies with respect to Medicaid and VA Aid and Attendance and would not be allowed. I sought the counsel o...f another attorney who told me that Mr. Ennis' advise was false. Mr. Ennis proceeded to charge me $375 for an hour of inappropriate and misleading advise. Mr. Ennis purports to be an Elder Law Attorney. He is not knowledgeable.
