Outstanding Attorney
I had a speeding ticket for which would have cost me $225 plus an increase in my insurance rates. A friend of mine referred me to Dennis, he agreed to represent me. Definitely Worth It!
While driving within my lane on a freeway, a car hit me from behind and when the officer came, I was given a traffic infarction for unsafe lane change based on the other person's untruthful testimony. I was not changing lane at all and unfortunately the WA DOT does not keep a record of video footage...

Speeding ticket dismissed for daughter, saved our Insurance rates!

Infraction Dismissed!

City of Milton v. Chapman
In April 2016 the DUI was reduced to a Negligent Driving in the first degree and no jail time was imposed.
City of Tacoma v. Mogelevsky
DUI reduced to negligent driving in the first degree and counsel won the DOL Admin Hearing after getting the breath test suppressed. No jail time was imposed and there was no suspension of defendant's driver's license.
