Winner winner!
I’ve used Dennis at least 10 times and have recommended him several times and every time he pulls a rabbit out of his hat and makes it happen! This time he got it completely dismissed, and we thought that was going to minimum deferred. But nope! DISMISSED!

Following Too Close Ticket
I entrusted Dennis with my unreasonable ticket for following too closely to traffic. He had phenomenal communication and explained everything well. I was informed today that he got my ticket dismissed by the the judge and therefore saved me hundreds of an increased car insurance.

City of Milton v. Chapman
In April 2016 the DUI was reduced to a Negligent Driving in the first degree and no jail time was imposed.
City of Tacoma v. Mogelevsky
DUI reduced to negligent driving in the first degree and counsel won the DOL Admin Hearing after getting the breath test suppressed. No jail time was imposed and there was no suspension of defendant's driver's license.
