David Lauman
He has helped me greatly. I appreciate his efforts in handling my case. He is an honest, proffesional, (not many of these kinds around anymore.) You can't get much better than him. Hire him and you won't be sorry. Good people!
"I endorse this lawyer's work. David is one of the brightest attorneys in the state. He possesses matchless analytical skills and a strong work ethic. He has implemented important legislative change for several years running, and currently chairs the WSTLA Workers' Comp Section."

The Supreme Court agreed with our position that the traveling employee doctrine applies to occupational disease claims. This was a case of first impression. In the past, the traveling employee doctrine had only been applied in industrial injury claims.
The Court of Appeals agreed with Mr. Crabb's position. As a result, all injured workers being paid at the maximum rate received an increase in benefits.
Favorable- the Department has no subrogation claim to the pain and suffering portion of a worker's third party claim.
