Ms Fordham has a mannerism that instantly puts you at ease. She is as sharp as a whip! She knows her stuff in construction and instantly can spot failures in construction with just a brief look at a picture. We had a contractor breathing down our neck nickle and dime-ing us (or trying to) with mad...e up, trumped up charges. Ms. Fordham instantly cut through the clutter, addressed the issue and the contractor went from overly bold and demanding to apologizing on our doorstep in less than 1 hour, dropping all charges/billing. Ms Fordham is good people! she's honest, forthright and generous with her time. Tell me where you are going to find that in an attorney? We found it here with Inge. We now have an attorney for all of our construction consultation needs and evaluations of contract for construction. We now have an attorney we trust and can trust with our estate planning needs as well. We were looking for someone that can do all of that and feel so lucky to have found her. We used her for consulting for one instance and now will be hiring her for our construction and estate planning needs. We feel very lucky to have found her through AVVO!

Unlike some other attorneys that lack patience and do not dedicate a reasonable amount of time to hear relevant information regarding a case, Ms. Frodham invested sufficient time to carefully listen to my case. [I should note that conveying only what is relevant to a case is also an art most clients ...lack.] During my initial phone consultation with her, she appeared to be quiet knowledgeable regarding the laws of or pertaining to my case, reciting them as if she was reading them from a passage sitting in front of her. She listened to me tentatively and provided me with two routes to seek restitution for the injustice inflicted upon me by my construction painting contractor. She advised against a venue that I initially thought would be my best route and explained why I should not pursue. At the end, I felt confident that her legal recourse would be in my best interest and that no other better remedy was out, given the nature of the facts and the evidence that I could provide in favor of my case. As a real estate investor, I am glad to have found an attorney that I would be able to rely on her expertise to resolve my legal issues with contractors or tenants working on or residing in my properties respectively.
