executed a complicated equine sales/lease agreement
Ms. Alvord created a specific lease/purchase agreement for me when I sold my Andalusian who had metabolic challenges. Her writing was clear and covered every imaginable scenario without being overly complex or diving into fine print. I myself have worked for an excellent lawyer in the past and am aware of how rare it is to fine a truly smart, dedicated, professional practitioner. I was very impressed and plan to request Ms. Alvord help me with my future equine transactions.

Mrs. Alvord handled a case for me and was successful in negotiating a settlement out of court. I believe she was extremely knowledgeable,she kept me informed and advised me of my choices, and produced results in a timely manner. I was very happy with the service she provided.
