Although some circumstances to my case are unique to my situation, I left court the other day feeling magnanimous. For every child who’s parents are going through a divorce, this should be the standard. This truly is what’s best for your child, no power. By creating an even playing ground, co-parenting effectively to raise a happy, successful child should follow. I would recommend two things for your divorce case. First, let go of any petty bitterness or feelings of entitlement. Judges can sense when you’re being malicious without justification. Second, hire Nicole Bolan as your divorce attorney. She communicates very well and addressed any concerns I had as quickly as she could. She was honest about the possible outcomes of my actions and educated me about divorce along the way.
